What the library holds

Not a folder of pictures — the production's visual canon, structured.

Subjects, not files

Characters, costumes, makeup, props, vehicles, locations and creatures each get a shelf. A reference always belongs to a subject — never to a lost folder.

Angle · context · state

Front, back, three-quarter, detail. Studio turnaround or in-scene. Default look, an outfit change, an injury, a younger age — every image carries the state it shows.

Ref quarantine

Uploads start as drafts. Only a reference the Showrunner marks MASTER may be used in a generation prompt — an intermediate result never becomes the truth by accident.

Tags and search

Free tags on top of the structure. Filter by subject, category, angle, episode, scene or tag — and find the wet-hair, left-profile, E03 reference in a second.

Feeds the Showbook

One export gives the whole library as a knowledge pack — JSON or a Markdown index with signed links — ready for the Showbook, an agent session or any tool you plug in later.

The Showbook knows the words. CHARACTERBOOK knows the faces.

Together with the SCRIPTBOOK (the text) and the SHOTBOOK (the prompts), this is the third pillar of a production's memory: the reference truth every agent and every generator draws from. Built on a real series' production and brought to yours.
