What exactly is AI Prismatik Studio?
Studio is digital film-studio infrastructure and a creators’ community — not an AI tool or assistant. You step in and make your own series with a 32-person crew: casting, writing, camera, music — the crew is hand-picked, not a marketplace. The goal is IP-building: your own series, world and characters. (Feature films later.)
What happens when the monthly quota runs out?
If you exceed your monthly message quota, we bill beyond it: on CRAFTSMAN and AUTEUR 0.50 € per message. EXPLORER has no overage: when you reach 40, you move up a tier. The amount beyond the quota is billed at the end of the billing period.
How many messages do I get, and what happens when they run out?
One message is one specialist task: a scene outline, a shot list or a character reference, for example. EXPLORER: 40 messages a month, CRAFTSMAN: 300, AUTEUR: 1,200. When they run out: on CRAFTSMAN and AUTEUR 0.50 EUR per extra message, billed at the end of the cycle; on EXPLORER there is no overage — upgrade instead. For sustained use above 5,000 messages a month we offer a Studio Pro Custom package.
How do I change tier later?
Anytime on the /dashboard. Moving up is immediate (pro-rated), moving down takes effect at the start of the next billing period. No penalty, no waiting.
How do I cancel?
On the /dashboard, click “Cancel”. The tier stays active until the end of the billing period, then ends by itself. The “Keep me” button reverses it before the period ends. No refunds for the remaining period. Your first purchase carries a 14-day money-back guarantee and the EU right of withdrawal — see the Refund policy.
What is the Founding path, and how do I get under the brand?
Founding Showrunner status is not a subscription, it’s a revenue-sharing partnership. Two paths: (1) Akos invites you, or (2) you rise through the membership tiers’ top lists. Details in the handbook, FRAME chapters 3–6.
